Measured Outcomes · Real Stories · Transparent Results

Impact you can verify

Every gift is a trust. We honor it by measuring what changes, verifying it against program records, and reporting it openly, including what we are still learning.

01Why We Measure

Accountability that drives better programs

Donors deserve to know what their generosity achieves. Communities deserve programs that work. And we are called to stewardship: every gift is a trust we take seriously.

Evidence guides our decisions. When we see what works, we do more of it. When something falls short, we stop, learn and redesign.

Verified figures, published with their evidence

Our impact updates are in preparation. We will share verified program progress, the reporting period and how results were measured as that information becomes available.

02How We Track It

Our Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning framework

A disciplined, four-stage cycle that tests whether programs are effective, confirms that outcomes are real, and makes every program better over time.

  1. STEP 01

    Baseline Assessment

Before a program begins, we assess the community's starting point: what is working, what is missing and what people need most.

  2. STEP 02

    Ongoing Monitoring

Throughout delivery, we track activities, outputs and early outcomes as they happen.

  3. STEP 03

    Outcome Evaluation

At key milestones and at program close, we evaluate whether the intended outcomes were achieved and whether they will last.

  4. STEP 04

    Learning & Adaptation

We document what we learn and adapt our approach based on evidence and community feedback.

03Our Commitment

Transparency and learning

Measurement is only credible when it leads to openness and learning. Our aim is not impressive numbers; it is real, lasting change.

Our financial transparency commitments

Full results

We report challenges alongside successes, never only our best outcomes.

Honest limits

We say what we do not yet know and where our evidence is still developing.

Continuous improvement

Lessons learned shape the next round of every program.

Community voice

Communities help define what success looks like and how it is measured.

Public reporting

Verified results are published with their reporting period and the method used to measure them.

04By Program Area
