Leadership you can hold to account
Strong missions need strong structures. Our Founder's vision is matched by a governance model built for oversight, ethical stewardship and long-term impact.

Lyddia Gee, Founder and Visionary
Executive leadership. Humanitarian vision. Global impact.
Lyddia Gee is a globally minded humanitarian executive and transformational leader dedicated to advancing dignity through equitable systems, services and sustainable impact. With more than a decade of leadership across healthcare operations, workforce development and compliance-driven environments, she founded DiVnity™ International Foundation as the philanthropic expression of a conviction she has carried throughout her career: that faith, structure and strategy, working together, transform lives.
Founder and CEO of The DiVnity Group LLC, an integrated ecosystem spanning healthcare consulting, medical training, workforce development, publishing and philanthropy.
Her work alongside underserved communities shapes the Foundation’s focus on healthcare access, economic empowerment and sustainable development.
Faith and philosophy. Lyddia’s leadership is anchored in faith and guided by a clear moral compass. She believes true leadership is service, and that lasting impact requires accountability, structure and systems that outlive any one person’s effort.
Mission requires strong structure
DiVnity™ International Foundation is governed by a mission-aligned Board of Directors committed to ethical stewardship, independent oversight and long-term impact. Its composition deliberately balances professional expertise with lived experience across healthcare, finance, law, education, global development, faith leadership and community advocacy.
Leads the Board, sets its agenda and keeps every decision anchored to the mission and to its fiduciary duty.
Supports the Chair and brings specialist expertise in governance or finance to the Board's work.
Keeps accurate board records, minutes and governance documents, so every decision can be traced.
Oversees budgets, financial reporting and audits, and the responsible stewardship of every resource.
Five governance principles
Transparency
We share our strategies, results and lessons openly, and disclose what matters.
Accountability
The Board answers to the mission, to donors and to the communities we serve.
Integrity
Conflicts of interest are declared and managed, so decisions serve the mission, never individuals.
Stewardship
Financial and human resources are managed as a trust placed in us by donors and partners.
Alignment
Every Board decision is tested against our mission, vision and values.
Oversight, divided by discipline
Four standing committees give focused, expert attention to the areas where trust is won or lost.
A non-governing council that strengthens program design, partnerships and global strategy with expertise in global health, education, economic empowerment, sustainable agriculture, faith-based community leadership and international development policy.
Finance & Audit Committee
Oversees financial management and makes sure records are accurate and compliant with financial regulation.
Governance & Nominations Committee
Leads board recruitment and keeps governance practice and ethical standards high.
Programs & Impact Committee
Monitors program quality, reviews impact evidence and makes sure results are reported honestly.
Ethics & Compliance Committee
Safeguards organizational integrity, manages conflicts of interest and protects whistleblowers.
