The Safety and Dignity of Every Person We Serve
DiVnity™ International Foundation is committed to the safety and dignity of every person our programs serve, especially children and other vulnerable beneficiaries. This commitment is built on four pillars recognized internationally by Keeping Children Safe:
A clear, written statement of what safe conduct looks like and what will never be tolerated.
Every staff member, volunteer, and partner working directly with beneficiaries completes screening where available, signs a code of conduct, and completes safeguarding training before beginning work.
A clear, confidential channel for raising a concern, a defined investigation process, and a named point of contact independent of program management.
The Board’s Ethics & Compliance Committee reviews safeguarding practice on a standing basis, not only when an incident occurs.
Reporting a Concern
Anyone with a safeguarding concern involving a DiVnity-supported program may contact our designated safeguarding contact. Until a dedicated channel is published here, please write to [email protected] with “Safeguarding” in the subject line.
